Candidates will get the payment according to Pay Band-1 5200-20,200 + Grade Pay Rs 2000 level-3

Any Indian male and female candidates can apply for Bihar Police Home Guard recruitment 2020.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the 12th class exam in order to be eligible.

Physical Standard
Physical standard is necessary criteria to be eligible for the recruitment. There is no marks for physical standard. It is a qualifying nature test only. Please find more details about physical standard requirement below.
i)-Height

Selection Process
Selection process will be done by written exam and Physical Efficiency Test.
A-Written Test
Written Test will be a qualifying nature test only. Marks obtained in written test will not be added in final merit list.
There will be 100 questions in the written test and candidates will have to complete the test in 2 hours.
Candidates secured minimum 30 marks in written exam will be qualified for the Physical Test.
B-Physical Efficiency Test
Only those candidates who secured at least 30% marks in written exam will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test. Marks obtained in Physical Test will be added in the final merit list for selection purpose.
i)-Race ( 50 Marks)
For all category Male candidates- 1.6 km should be completed in 6 minutes. Please find below how marks will be given.
