HSSC Recruitment 2021: Harayana Staff Selection Commission Commission is inviting applications for the Constable (General Duty) posts for the Police Department, Haryana. A total of 7298 vacancies are available for 2021.

Eligibility Criteria
(i)-Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th class with Hindi or Sanskrit language in Metric.
(ii)-Physical requirements: Candidates must satisfy the below-given Physical criteria.

Selection Process
Selection process will be done through the below given steps.
- Knowledge Test
- Physical Screening Test (PST)
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Additional qualification
1-Knowledge Test
Knowledge Test will be an objective type of test. It will have a total of 100 questions carrying 80 marks. Medium of the test will be Hindi.
Questions in the Knowledge test would be related to General studies, General Science, Current affairs, General Reasoning, Mental Aptitude, Numerical ability, Agriculture, Animal husbandry, Computer knowledge, other relevant fields/trades etc. The Difficulty Level of the question paper would be similar to 12th class level.
There is no negative marking in the Knowledge Test.
2-Physical Screening Test (PST)
After the written test candidates will be called for the Physical Screening Test. Requirements for the Physical Screening Test is given below.

3-Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
After clearing the Physical screening test all qualified candidates will be called for a Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
4-Additional Qualification
After the Physical Measurement Test candidates will be called for other required process. It involves the Document Verification process. Candidates will have to bring all educational documents, caste certificate, any other required documents at the time of Document verification.
Haryana government has launched the HSSC CET one time registration portal for Group C and Group D recruitment.
