Hindu Marriage registration process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\nFor the registration of the Hindu Marriage in Tamilnadu state, all citizens can follow the below-given steps and apply online for the Hindu Marriage certificate.<\/h4>\n\n\n
Guidelines for the Hindu Marriage registration:<\/strong> All registration guidelines must be followed if you are applying online. Please check the details of the guidelines given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Both the Bridegroom and Bride must be Hindus, Buddhist, or Sikhs to register under Hindu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Marriage and must be 21yrs and 18yrs of age respectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- To register any one of the places must be in the jurisdiction of the registering office.\n
\n- Residence of Bride or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Residence of Bridegroom or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Solemnization place of marriage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Proof of Marriage, Residence, and Age must be provided for both the Bride and the
Bridegroom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n - Three Witness is required for the Hindu Marriage registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Now follow the below registration process for Hindu Marriage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- All citizens can log in to the website by using their user name and password. If you don’t have a user name and password then you will have to do user registration first. The process of registration is already given above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- After login on the portal navigate to the Registration->Marriage Registration->Hindu Marriage->Create Application<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- On the next page click on “Proceed for Registration<\/strong>“. Now you will have to provide the below information
- Marriage Date, Husband’s Name<\/li><\/ul>\n
\n- Date of Birth, Religion, Caste, Marital Status (at the time of registration)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Occupation, NRI Status, Country, District, Taluk, Village, Street, Pin code, Husband’s Father’s details, Husband\u2019s Mother Details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Similarly, fill in the wife’s details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now enter the three witness details such as Name, Father’s Name, Address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now click on the “Next<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now enter other details such as select the sub-registrar office, number of certified copies required and applicants details, Mobile Number, Email Id, and Social Security Number and click on the “Next<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- provide Identification type and click on the “Create Application<\/strong>” button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now proceed for the payment of the required fee and take a print-out of the fee receipt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Finally, after the online payment, you can download a pdf file of your Hindu Marriage certificate application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Tamilnadu Marriage registration, Tamilnadu Muslim Marriage registration, Special Marriage registration, and Christian Marriage registration can also be done by following the similar process given above.<\/p>\n\n\n
Firm Registration process<\/h3>\n\n\n
Now anyone can apply for the registration of a new firm through a simple step-by-step process given-below. Please check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note:<\/strong> A separate registration is required for a new firm registration<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Open the TamilNadu registration website home page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now on the top menu click on the User Registration link under the Registration tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- A new registration page will appear on the screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Registration type as “Firm Registration<\/strong>” and enter the below details in the registration form\n
\n- User Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Password<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Security Question and Answer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Personal Details<\/strong>\n
\n- Name, Email Id, Mobile Number, Gender, Identification Type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Address Details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now enter the security code and click on the receive OTP button. After receiving the OTP on your mobile phone enter the OTP in the given space and hit the “Complete Registration<\/strong>” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now open your email for the activation link and click on that link to activate your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- After the account activation login on to the portal using your user name and password<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now navigate to Registration>Firm Registration and click on the apply button for a new firm registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter the Firm Name, Date of Formation, Address Details. Also, add a minimum of Two Members and One Witness. After entering all the Required Details click on \u201cSave\u201d and the Firm Application will be created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now go to Registration –> Firm Registration –> Search Request. Three Options will be displayed.\n
\n- i) Print<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- ii) Pay<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- iii) Upload Application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Upload Form 1 and pay the required application fee to complete your new firm registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
Society registration process<\/h3>\n\n\n
Society registration process is also similar to the Firm registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note: A new separate login details will be required for the Society registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please check the steps given-below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- On the home page click on the registration>User registration. On the next page select User type as “Society registration<\/strong>“<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now enter all personal details, Mobile Number, Email Id Address details, Society Name, and all other required details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter the security code, OTP, and click on the “Submit<\/strong>” button. You will get an activation link in your email. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on the activation link and activate your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Now login to the website by using the login details and click on Registration –> Society Registration –> Apply for Online Society Registration to Apply for New Society.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

- Enter the Society Name, Date of Formation, Address Details, Category & Sub-Category, AGM Due Date. Also, add a minimum of Seven Members with a minimum of 3 Executive members and 4 Non-Executive Members, and Two witnesses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- After Entering all the Required Details click on \u201cSave & Next<\/strong>\u201d and the Society Application will be created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- After that upload the below-given four documents\n
\n- i) Form I<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- ii) Form V<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- iii) Form VI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- iv) Byelaws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- After that, you can pay the required application fee and “Submit<\/strong>” your application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
Registration of documents<\/h3>\n\n\n
