The combined defense services examination is conducted for admission in\u00a0the Indian Military Academy\u00a0(IMA),\u00a0Air Force Academy\u00a0(AFA),\u00a0Indian Naval Academy\u00a0(INA), and Officers\u2019 Training Academy (OTA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
UPSC CDS Exam is conducted twice a year. The recruitment process of the UPSC CDS Exam is not that easy and proper and dedicated preparation is required to crack UPSC CDS Exam 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Candidates should have a proper idea about UPSC CDS Exam Syllabus 2021 exam to start the preparation in the right direction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Syllabus for Indian Military Academy (IMA), Air Force Academy (AFA) and Indian Naval Academy is same. It will consist of three parts i.e. English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics.<\/p>\n\n\n
CDS OTA Syllabus<\/strong> is different from IMA, AFA, and INA. CDS OTS Syllabus will consist of only English and General Knowledge. The Elementary Mathematics part is not there in the Syllabus<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please have a look all parts syllabus below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n There will be three parts in the Syllabus 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Syllabus of Elementary Mathematics will be similar to the matriculation level Mathematics exam. Syllabus for all other subjects will be similar to any Indian University Graduation level exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please find below UPSC CDS Exam Syllabus 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n The question paper will be designed to test the candidates\u2019 understanding of English and workmanlike use of words.<\/p>\n\n\n General questions on the History and Geography subjects which do not require any special kind of preparation. Questions based on current events and general awareness of the candidates.
