Selection Process- Stipendiary Trainee
The Selection Process will be completed through a three Stage process.
- Stage 1 Preliminary Test
- Stage 2– Advanced Test
- Stage 3– Skill Test
Stage 1 Preliminary Test

Stage 2- Advanced Test
All candidates Screened in Stage 1 will be allowed to undertake Stage 2 (Advance Test) in their respective trade.
- The Test will comprise 50 multi-choice questions (choice of 4 answers) of two-hour duration.
- ‘3’ marks for each correct answer and ‘1’ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- A Merit List of candidates will be prepared after Stage-2 based upon the scores obtained in Stage-2 only. All candidates with <30% in the General category and <20% in the reserved category will be screened out.
Stage 3- Skill Test
Based on the performance in Stage 1 and Stage 2 test candidates will be shortlisted for the Stage 3 Skill Test. Candidates clearing the skill test will be shortlisted for the final selection. Marks obtained in the Stage 2 Test will be considered for the final selection. Skill Test is a qualifying test only.
- The number of candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test will depend upon the number of candidates qualifying for Stage 2 but will not exceed 4 – 5 times the number of vacancies in each trade.
- The Skill Test will be based on the Go/No-Go basis.

- The first-time user will have to register first on the website. Click on the Signup button on the top right side of the website and fill in all required details.
- After the first-time registration candidates will receive a Password by email address.
Step-2: Apply Online for the choice of your post
- Now again visit the same website and click on the login button.
- Enter your Email Address, Password, and security code and click on the login button.
- Now candidates can apply for the desired post
- Click on Apply Online for the post you want to apply for and complete the online application process.
Step-3: Fee Payment
Finally candidates can complete the online application process by online fee payment. Fee details is given below.
